Hey,

So I want to purchase an SSD for use as a primary storage device (for Windows) and for most of my games but have no idea which one to purchase.

My budget is only around £90, so could anyone recommend one for me to purchase?

I was looking at the Corsair 120GB Force LS Series SSD, but again, have no idea if it really is good enough.

Thanks.

I would like to add that if you are installing quite a few games the I would get or keep a hdd if you have one because when an ssd reaches capacity you will start to lose performance that is why generally people have an ssd for a boot/os drive and a hdd for everything else.

The Samsungs come with an over provisioning option which reserves 10% capacity for it's own use. This should prevent any noticeable drop in performance, although you lose around 12gb of a 120gb drive.

And yes, the Samsung 840 Evo 120gb is a good choice. I`ve had one arrive this morning, which is going into a laptop. Installed one in a new build PC last week, fast and no problems.
