Advice on paint

Basically i dont want to respray but just make the car look a little bit more presentable

1st case, drivers door:




looks like a previous owner missed the lock


2nd case, 12 yrs worth of stone chippings on the front bumber:

and finally...how would i go about getting this out if i ever got round to replacing it (yes probably a read the manual moment but oh well (you guys are far better than a manual anyway )) :

any particular length/type, and by holes i assume you mean gaps to the left and right of the unit, the left looks like someones had a go at some stage
