advice please, NIP SP30, complicated siuation

how could it be complicated?

cut a long story short

well my brother died on the 30/11 suddenly.
lots of people trying to arrange lots of things
got a letter through the post of speeding etc.

now, i dont think i was driving, but the last 2 weeks have been a blur, it might have been me but it might have been one of several people who have used my car in the last few weeks to get stuff done.

what do i do in that situation?

any advice would be helpful. i just cant say it was somone else when it was me, but....

its been a massive shock.

he was 38 years old.

the police did a post mortem and on his interim death certificate it says there is no immediate cause of death, i.e. they dont know.

theres never been anything like this in my family before, my father is 75, my auntie is 92 and no-one can remember anything like this every happening

worse is he has a child that was born abroad, and he never got the chance to see her

i seem to not be able to find a number for the west midlands police central ticket office, so will have to check.
