I recently purchased a refurbished S7 Edge for the Mrs from Mobiles.co.uk and had to return it because it would only do emergency calls. The phone is on contract as part of the deal and they have just told me they can't send out a replacement until they receive another refurbished model which could mean weeks or months. They suggested she pay 150.00 towards the cost of a new one which she didn't want to do. Meanwhile she is now paying 33.00 quid a month for a contract on 02 without a phone. She only had the phone for two days and when we organized sending it back, Mobiles.co.uk said they would send a replacement out. I wouldn't be surprised to see them still selling the S7 refurbished models on their website despite them telling us they don't have any stock.
