Advice wanted from a girl

Hello everyone

Firstly, any girls on here? what do you think of the forums/people? anyone to be avoided

A bit about me: I'm a female who knows practically nothing about boy stuff (PC's, cars etc

) and so with very few male friends, i decided to check out a few forums to get some advice. However, after reading a number of the OcUK threads and having a lot of lol's, i decided that you guys seem really friendly and this was the place for me.

Advice: don't tell anyone you're a girl, or at least half the responses to your posts will demand pics. Also, don't worry too much about not knowing stuff. Bull**** your way through it, you'll fit right in.

Just don't tell anyone you're female. Hundreds of socially awkward boys would pester you with inane babble. Forget about the male female nonsense. You're your screen name, or whatever you want to be. How you participate in technology-minded threads has no bearing on your gender.
