Advice Warranted regarding cancelled order.

I made an order from a competitor for a removable hard drive. I paid £151 for this including delivery.Their website showed over 50 items instock (and still do for that matter).
After 2 weeks i had heard nothing (despite them taking the money immediately and having it instock) so, i decided to cancell my order. I did this via email. After 3 days i had heard nothing so i rang them up and the person was most helpful and said he had canceleld the order and my moeny was refunded. A few days later i checked my bank and no refund. So i sent a support ticket and i was told it would be passed along to the relevant department.
It has now been a month since my phone call with them during which i have sent another email, another 3 tickets and another phone call and i have still not recieved my item. Each time i get an exact word for word reply to my ticket, an ignored email and a promise the item will be refunded immediately via the telephone.

Where do i stand on this? Is there any way i can get my money back?I feel like they have basically stolen my money
