Never make a joke about your girlfriend.

On an email list containing most of your friends.

With your girlfriend being on the same list.

There is a big event this weekend for members of my running club. Emily has emailed the list to ask if any girls have space in there tent - it's a weekend of running short trails, drinking lots, having a bbq, and listening to live music (played by some of the runners) - and we camp over on Saturday night.

I emailed, thinking it would be funny to also say, 'hey can any girls put me up' to indicate, "humorously", that I was being a bit lecherous and flirty. However the way I worded it kinda says, 'hey I'm camping with my girlfriend but would much rather camp with a bunch of other women..'

So, I'm dead, basically :p

Ha ha... unlucky mate, I've done similar things when writing texts to people and sending them to my girlfriend before :o

and I'm glad some people know the difference between advice and advise :p
 
I have condensed your email logs into a bitesize read as i found them impossible to read as is :p

I can't get out if it anyway, I don't want to go, on an alcohol ban at the moment and loads of hammered runners..its never fun when you're the only sober one :(
