Advise needed

Sounds like even if you move back with your wife/kid you will blame your wife for makeing you unhappy and ending in divorce, if you stay you'll loose your wife and end in divorce.

So the question is, how much do you value your child and want to be with him? If it's more than your own happyness than move home, if it's less than stay.

Or try really hard to uncover why your wife is so unhappy here and get your marriage sorted out.

What you are seeking is not the right choice out of the two options you have stated, you need only the confidence and maturity to accept responsibility for the compromise that you will soon have to make - instead of blaming another for forcing you to choose and believing that you actions from that point are their fault
 
i dont have any advice, but i hope everything works out for the best for you and your family. it's a tough situation, as you well know, and i hope you make the best decision for all of you
