SYSTEM ASSEMBLED,PLEASE CAN ANYBODY ADVISE THE BEST MULTIPLYERS,VOLTS.TIMMINGS FOR CPU AND RAM.TO ALLOW AN OVERCLOCK AROUND 3.2.SPEC AS SIGNITURE.ANYBODY GOT A SIMILAR SPEC.THANKS!

Generally it varies between cpus what they can do, so you have to experiment and tweak until you get what you want. Even someone with an identical setup won't necessarily be able to give you some numbers and they'll work for you.

Wierd how we all read caps as SHOUTING isn't it? 
Read some overclocking guides so you know what to do. Experiment a bit to get the core 2 as fast as possible with whatever voltage you feel happy with. Then, with those settings, play with the memory dividers and timings so it's all good and stable.
