African nations cup

I've watched most of the games live and it's been fairly good, it's the first time I've been able to watch it.

I reckon Cameroon and Tunisia final, if they can't meet before. Ivory Coast and Nigeria are looking pretty good and will probably get far. It's nice to see Congo and Guinea doing well too.

It's a bit worrying to think South Africa have the World Cup in four years 'cos they have been absolutey dreadful, it'll be bit embarressing for them if they play like they just have.

Hmm, Cameroon is rated as first in africa so they might go all the way but Nigeria is got loads of mad trick up its feet (jayjay Okocha). I dont know about tunisia, they look good too but im a bit sceptical.
South Africa, needs a whole load of remake and surgery, it has been a dreadful display so far with them but then this is African footy we are talking about.
For the finals, my money will be on Nigeria/cameroon.

Sorry, poor joke. Had good odds on Adebayor to be top scorer, and he went a bit mental there :( (He was top scorer during qualifying) I'm upset the Ivory coast are doing well, I want Toure back.

Think the Ivory Coast will win.
 
another gooner vote for the ivory coast, even though i wish they were out by now. they've got a solid hard working team.

Ghana have looked good for a suprise runner into the knockout stages. cameroon are strong if eto'o can stay fit.

going to be interesting.
 
Cameroon are very much a 1 man team, if Djemba-Djemba gets injured they will get knocked out.

Now, in all seriousness, I believe Ivory Coast, Nigeria and Cameroon are all possible winners.
 
I've been watching this, it's been good fun so far. I do get a bit upset with the telly though when the lines men make another poor decision! I don't mind who wins as long as its good football to watch.

The rankings mean nothing, I mean the USA are not the 7th best side in the World.
