after a 2nd SSD

hi all,
i have got a 128gb M4 but its almost full. im looking to get a 2nd one to RAID to it. either another 128 or 256. which would you guys suggest?

and also how do you RAID? im not completely sure

I wouldn't bother with RAID when it comes to SSDs. There is no real world improvement, plus it would make your boot-up times longer as the RAID controller has to initialise.
