Got mine through the post today and done speed, considering i had to also get a PCI-E sata 3 card as my motherboard is sata 2 only.
Is this about right with the speeds im getting or is there other things i can look at at doing in the bios etc to speed it up a bit? The pci card has a marvel controller so i guess thats whats also holding it back from its full speed as i read they are poo?
Well its not that bad, and super quick to me considering ive gone from a standard 7200 80gb boot drive to this. Fingers crossed the thing dont go pear shaped on me as what ive heard about these drives lately, nothing but trouble atm.
