OK, so yesterday I twanged my back, it hurt a fair bit, but I soldiered on, couldn't bend down or anything like that. Today it is far far worse, it's hurting just sitting here.
I know full well it is a pulled muscle, only thing is, I know nothing about making it better. Work will be pleased
