AGP graphics card with hardware HD decoding

Hi guys,

I've got an ageing Celeron 2.4GHz system that I use as a media PC. Currently it has a Geforce 6800GT AGP and as I have recently discovered the combination is no good for 720p or higher video files.

Following this thread, it seems that a graphics card is probably the best upgrade path to take for now, assuming that I can get an AGP card that will hardware decode 720p and 1080p videos (H.264? I'm not up on the formats).

3D performance really isn't important at all, I need this purely for video output. I want to do this as cheap as possible too, so if the card has been out long enough to get on the second hand market, all the better.

Thanks
