Looking at a "new" AGP card off the MM and wanted to know which were the last cards to use AGP. Are all the 7000 cards available AGP or am I looking at something like a 6800gt?? I do a lot of video editing and my son plays some games such as Battlefield 2142. My old 9800pro went bang and I've currently got my ancient Ti4200 back in on a temporary basis!

Assuming its the setup in your sig, you could just buy a new motherboard, 2gb of ram and a decent pci-express graphics card for the same price as an agp 3850 (dont think there is an agp 3870 version)

I've recently upgraded to 2gb of Corsair ram and find the pc fine for most of my needs. I just thought it might be worth upgrading the current (temporary) ancient Ti4200 card so at least my son can play Battlefield 2142 and maybe speed up my Pinnacle 11 video editing! I was looking at a second hand 68000gt but wondered if anything else a bit more recent might be around for £40ish that would be better than the 6800gt. Seen 7600 series on this forum but not sure about AGP compatability.
