I am in need of help as I don't fully understand how to set my BIOS to run a SSD

I am trying to set it to AHCI mode but not sure what I have to change
listed in the image below are the parts that I think I need to change but not sure what I need to set to what, I have numbered the ones that I think need changing.

It's a OCZ SSD & M/B is a Gigabyte ex58-ud5

Also what SATA ports do I use the GSATA2 or SATA2 ?

I will be using a 2nd HDD not a SSD what port do I use for that drive I have read that I must not have it pluged in while installing windows 7 on the SSD.

Will I need to install the latest Intel RST driver if so is this done in windows when the SSD is up & running ?

I thought I knew about computers but feel like a right newb again

Thanks sorry for all the Q's
