AHCI for SSD

Just a quick question,

I have installed WIN 7 on a SSD drive but didn't realise that I had not enabled AHCI after a BIOS update.

Can i just enable AHCI in the BIOS and let windows just install the drivers for it or will that not work?

Before enabling in the BIOS follow the guide below:
