AHCI mode deactivated?

Hi guys,


im trying to get to the bottom of samsung magician stating my ahci mode is deactivated on my 2 sata drives, I also have another which is my system drive and 2 nvme`s, which samsung says the nvme driver is unknown. My pc is as follows
asus strix z790-f gaming 2
14700k
5090
2x nvme 980 itb and 4tb 990
3x ssd 870 evo 1tb, 870 evo 4tb, 860 qvo 1tb
1200w psu asus.

Have I messed up somehow, please if anyone can help me with this id really appreciate that help, im stuck on my own and unable to get it activated. Any info needed I will supply

When did this start happening and what has changed that may have caused it?

Are you running the latest version of the magician software?

Does the BIOS show AHCI mode as being enabled?

Have you tried the drives on a different SATA port and resetting the CMOS by taking the battery out for a while?

Need more details really but the above would be a good starting point.

Can you report back what HWINFO says, or some other software?

Are you actually having any problems with this PC? If you're not, I'd just ignore Magician.
