It should have a reset button (pin type) or a battery you can take out for a few mins to let the code reset to the factory one.

Some safes have emergency keys to open it up when the battery has failed resetting the code.

Look for a reset switch inside it somewhere. It normally resides behind the code entry contraption.

Can you find the manual?

Some units factory codes are 0000 or 1111 etc.

Rubbish safe if you can reset it with a factory code lol.
