Nothing wrong with Monsoon. EKWB also good for fittings, or Bitspower (although they are expensive). You may want to check out Barrow, their range is well priced. I would always stick with the same branding tubing and fittings, just to ensure 100% compatibility, although those EV2 fittings are adjustable, so you shouldn't have trouble with any tubing if using those. 90 degree fittings are usually essential with hard tubing, it's rare you will get away without any unless you are a tube bending genius lol! Those are universal though, so they aren't dependent on tube size... the main fittings simply screw in to them. Same applies to any rotary or extensions, which all have the standard G1/4 thread. Again though, I would try and keep the same brand for visual consistency... it probably won't look good to have a hodge podge of brands in your build. You will also need a drain valve, so remember to factor that in. This will likely require a splitter fitting of some sort (like this one), plus the relevant drain valve, stop fitting etc. A drain valve should be fitted to the lowest point in your build to allow for easy drainage. A temperature sensor can also be useful, but isn't essential.
