AIO Cooler Advice for 4790k

I have just built my new PC and am running it with my old GPU and the stock cooler on the 4790k, so am just juggling with which GTX 970 variant to buy and my bigger dilemma - which AIO water cooling option to go for.

Out of the H100i, H110 and the Kraken X61 I am struggling to chose and tbh I don't plan to go for much of an OC on the 4970k and wonder if I will be ok with a 120/140 option instead like the H80i or H90.

Bottom line - can an H80i or H90 cope happily with an mildly overclocked 4790k at say 4.4 or should I be looking at the 240/280 coolers on this chip?

An H80i or H90 can happily cool a 4790K at 4.40, But personally I would go for the H110 for the extra large surface area so you can run lower RPM fans :)

I do like the idea of the larger cooler/fans anyway, but then it becomes H110 vs the Kraken X61 - not really bothered about price - one appears uncomplicated (H110) and the other lots of gimmicky stuff I may or may not use/like (variable pump speed, led illumination etc.)..

Anyone tried both and swear by one or the other?
