Aio cooler

Hi guys I am looking to by a AIO cooler for my CPU. My question is does the additional fans on the cooler help remove heat in the case as well as the heat from the CPU.

yes.
generally speaking, the most common position for an AIO to be placed is at the top of the case, and the fans used as an exhaust out of the case.

You can handle 500w heat with a 45 mm thick industrial fans
What defies defies the cooling capabilities the most is fans or airflow over a rad .
The bigger the rad or denser the fins the more easily this can also be achieved as well as less work for fans etc .
60mm thick rads work best with push pull fan set up , 30mm / under it doesn't do.much at all to be honest
