AIO for 5800X3D

It's not necessarily overkill
Depending on any future cpu updates
But yeah more radiator space than currently required
But that equates to being able to lower fan speeds

yer, to second this ive seen a lot of reviews.. if you want quiet maybe the biggest 3 fan AIO's but other than that there is not much benefit
your both right but some people just want... ive not had an air cooler for 6 or 7 years. but my boy like how they look in the case so he dose..

because of this i can confirm a pa120 fixed at 800rpm can keep this CPU cool. but i had a h150 on the same CPU and it for me just looked better again both was silent but the h150 was cooler.
both under 70c max temp h150 was around 55c PA120 70c max temps with silent fan setting

In a couple of upgrades the liquid will be reduced and you'll need to top up . Which you can't.

i had a AF2 running for 5 years with no change in performance, im not saying your wrong as water loss will affect all AIO over time but its not somthing that happens in a year or 2
