AIO vs Custom loop

Like for like i am curious about the cooling benefit of a custom loop vs an AIO

say for instance cooling an Intel i9 using av360 rad

You'll see notably lower temps on a custom loop setup, but with little to no performance increase unless you're really trying to over clock to very high levels.

You'll be more likely to over clock to higher levels due to lower temperatures, but in terms of real world performance you are unlikely to care / notice.

You'll pay more, but get lower temps with potentiality higher performance but not by any great level, for me it's all for silent operation.
