Air flow problem (I think)

Hi, long time lurker here...

I recently upgraded my system with this.

It's running at about 44 idle (not great) and goes over 80 running prime95. I think air-flow is my problem.

I have a Lian-Li PC-G70 case with a 120mm fan lower front (in), 120mm fan side (out) and 120 fan back (out). They are the fans that came with the case (yes I know, get rid!)

My question is two-fold
1. Are my fans configured correctly? If not how should I have them setup?
2. Can you recommend some quiet & high volume 120mm fans to replace the ones I have?

Thanks :)

Thanks, I'll change the side fan to flow in and see what results I get.

The 2 fans on the PCU cooler are currently running in low noise mode (about 70%) - I'll up those to full and see how much that helps.

Right, I've changed the side fan to flow in and set both CPU fans to full speed and I'm seeing the following:

I ran prime for 10 minutes, are these temps OK or should they be lower on air cooling?

If running prime95 small fft test (not blend) those temps would be grand at 4ghz, but the vcore in the cpuz shot seems a wee bit high for a DO stepping i7 cpu.
The kit came pre-overclocked from here so it's not my setting.

I've looked at others settings on air and seen a lot of people using 1.325v to get 3.8 so my 1.33 doesn't seem that high to me especially when I'm getting 4.0 and stable - but then I don't know that much about o/c'ing really.

I guess I could try lowering it and then check for stability...
