Air passes through both my 280mm xt45's with ease.
Phanteks PH-F140SP on minimum fan setting (sentry 2)

Be aware that your top radiator is also has to do with hot air rising coming from the front of the case through the radiator

Yes I realise that but I'm talking airflow not which one is hotter.

Maybe I'm expecting too much but I've just had another look and the front rad with a strip of tissue is folding it all the way back. Top rad the tissue is barely falling under it's own weight from mavity never mind airflow. Tempted to just buy a 420 and stick in the top of the case now.

Top rad should be exhausting. Heat rises.

Yup, but let's not really get in to flow dynamics versus thermal convection here. We've had enough people throwing baked products around.

Temperatures have not been mentioned, FLOW only and this is with a freshly turned on computer so everything is cold to be able to feel the flow easier.

I just thought it was weird and was expecting more air flow.

i wasnt talking about temps i was talking about flow the hot air will create turbulence as its having to push the front in take air back down sorry if i'm not explaining it well enough it shouldn't affect it too much as im running pretty much the same as you and not noticing any problems.
