airport express, reset?

ive got an airport express but it wont work when i plug my cable modem into it so can use it wirelessly, it needs resetting but ive forgot all the passwords etc. anyone know how to reset them

ive pressed that reset button and nothing. might be faulty?

Let the AirPort Express idle for about 10 minutes while it "starts up", just incase you've turned it off (as I believe you can't do a hard reset while it's booting).

Take a pen, press AND hold the button down for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the front flashes fast / goes amber.. then release.

Wait another 2 minutes and try configuring it again using the AirPort Utility (assuming you're using OS X).
