Akasa Apache - PWM?

I'm about to order that, can someone just confirm that will allow me to connect an Akasa Apache to a molex connector?

I can confirm that. Molex powers the fan and it gets pwm from motherboard connector.

With the akasa splitter, you can use 3 PWM fans, ive got one powering two vipers on a cpu cooler, also used it on a previous rig with 3 pwm fans (2 on a cooler, 1 rear exhaust), simply connect the 4 pin molex connector to the psu then add the fans and connect the mobo header to the boards cpu fan mount

Although, I've just tried it again in SYS_FAN2, and out of the blue it has decided to work :cool:

I'll probably order that cable if I decide to get another Apache.

Ha a few weeks ago I had to smash up the PWM pin/part of the plastic cause there's something in the way (all other headers too) and I was angry!
