Akasa Pro Fan Controller query

Hi,

I have the above fan controller....

Its beginning to annoy me now because its bleeping as temps are high...how do I switch this feature off? or increase the alert temp rate?

Also does anyone find that it fails to report correct temps of cpu, hdd, etc etc?
