Album Art

Hello,
I have all my music organised as:

Organised Music / Artist / Album / TrackNo - TrackName.mp3

Every track has its album art.

Is there anyway I can get something to run through the Organised Music folder and find every track and extract a COPY of the artwork and put it in a specified folder?

Not really that relevant but if you want high-quality movie + CD artwork then Get Video Artwork is a great source . It's a user created database, all the artwork is from the iTunes Store and of very high quality.
