Sorry for giving a sensible answer, phone up head office and ask? Sure the number could be found using yell.com or similar.

Yes I know what the job title is in the ad. But it also says that initially the candidate would just be a store manager, and would only become the area manager later. The point was that someone will not become area manager on day one. But you had to be ultra pedantic didn't you ;)

Becuase a company would never use false promises to cram people onto a grad scheme as a store manager ;)

Graduate store managers don't earn 38k and get an Audi A4 company car. I don't deny that it will be tough for them to become an area manager, lots probably won't make it, but nevertheless it is an area manager programme.

Is that the area manager one, 38k and an Audi A4. Looks good that does. Only problem for me would be working away. Would miss the kids too much.

I imagine you could just give HR a ring at Aldi HQ.

Graduate schemes do not mean walking into a job as Area Manager, so no, its not the same one.

no one had said it's a job that you walk into as area manager in the first place!

It's the Area Manager Program that aims to train you up to area manager level, it's just a devleopment program like many other companies run. So yes it is the same on, it's the job that puts you on the program to potentially become an area manager. You still get your 38k and A4 :) I did like the fact that within 5 years you can be a director :P

True, I'd wouldn't get out of bed for what they offer for a store manager position :P

You're a funny guy all right :)

Well I had to say I was shocked to see the fox and the hound siding with each other. I thought you guys were sworn enemies? I guess you can't be since they introduced that hunting ban.

:D
