Isn't it odd that "aliens" or "alien spacecraft" are always seen by some farmer in a remote location in Mexico, or border US states like Arizona, New Mexico or Texas? Makes it conveniently difficult to disprove 
As for the mass of "alien spacecraft" sightings in the 60s and 70s, that's easy to explain - the US military needed a cover story for the test flights of top-secret planes like the U-2, SR-71 and F-117.
