My first time in A:I was after having Oculus for over two years and I still felt nauseous after 20 mins or so. My second play was about 40 mins, and after that i could go as long I wanted.
Just take it slowly, play in 5-10-15minute bursts and have breaks the moment you feel discomfort. Your brain needs to get used to you walking while actually not walking

Another way to play is with a "shoot the Alien" mod. https://www.moddb.com/games/alien-isolation/mods
If "Alien" is too much tension to bear, turn it into "Aliens" and shoot your way out

One way or another it's a game well worth experiencing in VR. The beautifully crafted locations, the lighting, the cool looking steam coming from the ceilings, the awesome fire effects, the animations... The best looking VR game by a mile imo.
