Alien Isolation - free to a good home...

Okay - so a reasonable response :) I'll do a draw at 9:30...

In the meantime - if anyone had any advice on my monitor thread at https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18748367
I'd appreciate the help and, who knows, it might even improve your chances of winning.*

*In reality - no it won't. The random number gods are fickle. This was just a shameless plug for my question in the Monitors section where I need to place an order by the end of the week and so time is of the essence;)

Congrats Sniperone, and thanks for Tiny Clanger :)

Pleased to see the 2 or 3 guys who, going on their posts in the Alien isolation thread, already own the game didn't win.

This ****es me off no end, you see it a lot in the giveaway sub forum. It's why I don't bother anymore.

What???? So they want it just to give to someone else? Bloody cheek.

Bah, good job OP nice gesture

It's a bit weird isn't it.

Personally, I've stopped asking for giveaway games unless I'm fairly certain I'll get time to play it sometime fairly soon, as I feel a bit guilty having it just sat in my library - hence I didn't jump in for this one (plus I'm just a bit scared)

I really want to finish this game - I was really enjoying it but those damn save points have ruined it for me - they're just too long in between and getting killed after 10-15 minutes of really intense gameplay just to be put so far back again puts me off playing it again. Yes, there is a real sense of relief when you do reach a save point but I'd have completed the game long ago if there were quick saves or at least closer together save points. I might never complete it now which is a shame.
