I did unpack and try the AW38 but given the vista provided by the G9 I wasn't impressed enough to be swayed.

I tried the games I usually play such as Farcry 5 and Divinity Original Sin 2 and the experience with the much wider screen was on a different level.

Also tried movies, again preferred the G9.

But.

I don't play CoD or other online FPS where the AW38 might be superior due to the relatively restricted screen size.

I am thinking of investing in MSFS because was really into flight sims many years ago and can imagine on the G9 they would look stellar.

Took me far to long to process what I was looking at here......then i realised why.....thats my setup in the browser window. A bit of AW3821 Inception going on
