hi all just swapped out my samsung 5400rpm drive in my laptop for a seagte 7200.1 100gb my temps are 45 under load can u guys post yours to compare.

ok temps got to 54 while in game today going to get laptop cooler, i think the ram is heating the hard drive up as that was also well hot

wow , must have been the ram or chipset heating up the hdd, got one of those akasa black notebook coolers and its lowered the hdd load temp by 20 C :eek:
