Why? Why do you want nVidia users to suffer? What motive do you have that means that you want people who don't buy the brand of GPU you buy to obtain poor performance in future games?

I like nVidia and I tend to buy their GPUs - this does not mean that I want AMD graphics card users to have poor performance. If everyone has good performance and they are happy with it - then that's all for the better as far as I am concerned.

So basically, BF4 will launch - for a few weeks amd may have a performance advantage and later nvidia will catch up.

All the early adopters will pay full price and then pay full price for all of the inevitable dlc, but if any of them have AMD cards they can pull out their enormous e-peen on ocuk if they so please.

Then there will come the special edition that's slightly more expensive, but cheaper than buying all the dlc separately. By that time nvidia will have optimised. I think those e-peens might shrivel up a bit. Is it cold in here?

Because they can't run them.
Nvidia also (Stupidly) don't support the AMD+Nvidia for PhysX.

They're the same standards, they should be able to run them just as much as PhysX could be run on an AMD card if such a thing was allowed.

Anywho, they fall in the same basket with "locked specific features".

Nvidia performance will be fine in Battlefield 4, there really is no need to worry. It will be very similar to Battlefield 3. Performance and scaling on both sides will be great. I'm delighted that such a game engine is part of the gaming evolved franchise though, that can be only be good for AMD users.
