Well it's 3am and I really can't be bothered to sleep. So I thought to myself I shall stay up all night to get myself back into a routine. My current routine is go to bed at around 4am and get up at 3pm.

From past experience I know how difficult it is to do such a stunt so I have heavily prepared...

One bottle of coke

4115801528

One flask of coffee containing Nescafe Original

2206701430

I have also gathered an entire 20 packet of fig rolls as I always get the munchies at those early hours of the morning

3855150195

Finally an entire bar of Galaxy chocolate

So, how do you prepare!? :)

Im on the first night of four - i've still got 3.5 hours to go - and im at breaking point, I just want my bed :(

That's a lot of caffeine

I'm currently on all nighters purely because I ruin my sleeping patter very easy and it's holidays. :D

My sleeping pattern is kinda screwed up too. But I don't feel too tired, maybe now'd be a good time to get all that left over school work for monday done!

I'm here mostly cos I'm a fool :)

Working 5 days a week with average bedtime at 2.30am and getting up at about 7am. :o

Oh and of course....

Yeah, but then I set the clock ahead five hours so I wouldn't feel like a skeeve for watching porn in the middle of the day.

Guess what parts apply here :D

You mean this is not a normal sleep pattern??

Mostly just some form of caffine, chocolate and a film or 3 get me through an all nighter to reset.

no need for the rolleyes, was only asking!

maybe the late night is making you irate ;)

Crap, forgot that on this forum ' ' is regarded as a heavy insult. I was simply mocking you for not knowing what Travian is! You've insulted my religion.

For some reason I find it really easy to disrupt my sleeping pattern if it means going to bed much later, but if I try and disrupt that pattern and go to bed earlier, I find it impossible.

going outside or taking a cold shower is the best way to stay awake.

do not put the heating on or make yourself warm, you will fall into a warmy sleep.

keep yourself cold.

if you smoke , try not to , it will make you more tired.

eating also helps you stay awake.
