Seriously, if you really are worried, you can always replace it, and sell the working hiper. Plus, I have the 620W Corsair, and the fan is silent.

I would say go for the 620 over the 520 if you can afford it, just so you don't need to worry about how much power your next uber-graphics card requires 
The only things that make noise in my system are CPU and case fans. With those turned down you, quite literally, can only *just* hear my PC over the ambient noise outside when the window's open. When I'm typing, the noise of the keyboard is much loader than the PC.
So yeah, almost no noise and lots of juice and great customer support for the very few people who've had to use it.
Edit; Also, Counter-Strike works with this PSU but it didn't work with my old 550w Thermaltake PSU, so the power to the graphics card must have been dipping. So a new PSU might even make your PC more reliable It did for me!

I reduced the vcore to allow for Asus overvoltage and restarted, everything seemed fine, aha I thought and then suddenly it destabilised again. I cried a little, shut it down and sulked and went and had some tea.
Decided to give it one more try, booted up, everything seemed ok, started photoshop, nothing, accessed the DVD drive, nothing. Then, all of a sudden there was the *berlink* from my speakers (which were previously off) as my PDA began to sync and guess what happened ? yes thats right..... Its my goddamn PDA. Turned the PDA off, voltages stabilised, man, I mean really. Its got its own seperate power supply its only when its on and synced that the voltages destabilise.
I'm not wether sure to be worried about my PDA or my MBs USB or my PSU now. Its only drawing 110W at the desktop when it does it !
Edit: it froze again with the pda disconnected but I now think thats coretemp.
edit: and another big dip seen when starting a game but nothing higher than 180w showing on the mains plug. 171W running orthos.

So anyway, where was I ? oh yes, case fans, The standard fans in the Mirage 62 run at approx 1200rpm and are leaving the inside case temperatures a little high for my tastes, so: upgrade the intake / outtake fans to Xilence/Noctuas or add a low speed kama bay and low speed side panel fan ?
PSU arrived today, havent fitted it as I'm still waiting on some washers to arrive for refitting of hdd at same time (accursed Mail service) but got one of the Xilence fans out and I'm really not impressed so far.
I dont like the power cable at all, the fan blades dont look well moulded and running alongside an akasa amber it seems to be pushing less air and of course it makes more noise.
I will crack open my spare pc later and run it alongside whatever other fans I can dig up but not hopeful. I am aware however that I am very picky when getting things out of the box and always think the worst
edit: and now as I was trying to fish out my spare vga cable from behind my desk, one end of it flew off my desk and thumped the top of my nice new mirage case leaving a bright silvery mark =/
