Following my old thread on tyre and kerb damage, I had my alloy repaired yesterday. The same local company that have done several others for me in the past.
This time seems it’s been made worse than it was to start. A big chunk of lacquer left on the wheel, and now when it rains it leaves rain marks all over the alloy. The lacquer after speaking to them on the phone doesn’t wipe off as they asked me to try give it a gentle wipe.
the others do not get rain marks on like this either ...
are marks like this expected till the lacquer fully cured ?
Hoping they sort it out.
