I love people that do that to us, I think its hilarious. Get loads of people in with the excuse of "Had swine flu so couldnt return them" expecting to get off with a £35 fine due to having 4 films for 7 days on top of what they should have, their faces are usually priceless when you refuse to take it off.

I lolled hard at the reply about The Notebook, after having been forced to watch it by the gf, it summed up exactly how I felt about it :D
 
I've read a similar website by some guy who writes comedy letters to company. One was writing to a pig factory type of place asking why they don't harvest them for milk like cows, reasoning that they have more teets etc lol.

Anyone heard of it and can re-link me to it? :(
