Feel like I should thank them the only way I know how.
I'm still using a Alpenföhn K2 - Mount Doom air cooler on a AM4 socket, something which isn't officially supported since the cooler is discontinued but it seems to work fine. At some point I lost the plastic pillars that sit on the motherboard which the metal mounting hardware goes on top of, no idea how I did that and management to last this long as the cooler was essentially held on with the vacuum caused by pressure on thermal paste...

Anyway contacted them asking if I could purchase the pillars and they've sent it to me for free, as apparently they can't charge me for it for some reason.
Postage alone from Germany was around 4 euros.

Just want other people to know about their great customer service.
 
Noctua are great too. They'll post you extra fan clips or an AM4 bracket for free (with proof of cooler purchase).
 
It's always nice to see posts like this. Love that many companies are generally nice enough to send small not so easy to find or not a guarantee to be the right part or fit for that matter. Usually for free too :) Corsair sent replacement ear cup pads for my void pro wireless and already they have warn 1 year on with 8+ hours use per day (work from home) decided to go online to find replacements and they didn't fit. So maybe contact corsair again and let them know I can't find the right ear cup pads :)
 
Marvellous, I have a K2 doom AND a Noctua D12 sitting awaiting a prompt return to service. Glad to know they still have my back!
