Alterations to a quilted jacket

Any tailors or bods in the know about this kind of thing?

Bought a lovely Joules quilted jacket which fits perfectly except for the sleeves being about an inch too long.

Is it possible for this to be altered and have the sleeves shortened?

A seamstress made it so a seamstress can alter it.
Look in the yellow pages under seamstress/sewing/alterations, probably cost around £15-20.

Any alteration place can do this for you. It's one of the simplest things to do.
