Alternative game chat to discord??

Hi people, I'm looking to a alternative to discord as me and my bro cant actually speak to each other on it anymore :( for some reason we have encountered the bug where I can hear him but he cant hear me

What else is out there we can use that's half decent? not teamspeak either, ive found one called mumble or something but never heard of anyone using it so not sure about it

Suggestions please people

Mumble's fine, we used one for the racing league for a couple years. You can rent an instance from multiplay for not a lot. Admin stuff isn't as easy as Discord or TeamSpeak though.

thanks,but ive had problems with skype last time I tried to use it, that's why we went with discord, just tried mumble and didn't like it at all lol

EDIT; skype seems to be working great for me now so think I will just use that :) thanks to the people who have commented

Been a while since used it, but mumble was the voip software of choice back in my warcrafting days.
Good software, never had a problem with it.
 
Mumble is good - reinstall discord - also check to see if your on win 10 and after a major update might reset your settings for mic etc which has screwy effect. Like defaulting your mic to one that doesn't work so well. I have 3 mics - my webcam; headset and my blue snowball mic which I use for record; everything actually :D
