I've been cutting out all sorts of things from my previous diet and one of them is soft drinks, not just fizzy but also the so called sugar free drinks and Robinsons sugar free etc that's loaded with aspartame.
I've been drinking water and flavoring it with wedges of lemon and lime, while it's very nice and I've been doing this for a good few weeks now. I'd quite like a change.
Is there any diluting juice out there that's completely natural and doesn't contain chemicals or artificial sweeteners? What about those tablets that you dissolve in water? I seen someone mention those a while back and never bothered looking at them much.
Any other ideas on how to spice up my relationship with liquids? I drink green tea so the hot drinks are covered. I also drink plenty fruit and veg juice etc, so would just really like something to flavor my water other than lemon or lime.
Cheers.
