Alternative to DS3

I'm getting rather sick of the continual Cold Boot problems I'm having with my DS3 so I may RMA it.

What alternative would be best, Maybe a P5B Wifi ?

DFI infinity 975X, apparently with the new beta BIOS its really good.

Do you get these problems when running at stock or just when overclocked? If only when overclocked then RMAing the mobo may not be the answer as they'll find nothing wrong with it.

Only when Overclocked.

I changed to an Asus P5B Deluxe Wifi today, and I wont be looking back, good ridance DS3.
