Alternative to GTX560 Ti

As someone who relies almost completely on small cards, I can answer this.
In terms of ATI, most of their cards are quite long. Their competitor to the GTX560Ti is the HD6950 and the shortest one of those is a Sapphire and a good inch or two longer than the shortest GTX560Ti, which I believe is the Palit or Gainward models (there's a Club3D model even shorter, but it's not shown up in stock yet).
