Photobucket, I think you need a to make an account though but it doesn't take long.

Anyone can view the pic if you give them the direct link with photobucket

Photobucket. You can make your album public so they just add you account name to the end of the photobucket address to see your album.

Anyone can view and can get to your album if you declare it public by looking at the link. If you set your album to private people can still see a pic you link to but will need a password to see the other stuff

You create your account and can setup a web page so people can view your photos. Accounts are not needed to view.

I use Photobucket these days, mainly due to the fact that you can set-up different folders for different pictures. For instance, I have one just for smilies.
