I'd definitely go with 2 - nowadays, even home users often need to access/manage their email from a variety of locations, and webmail might not offer the flexibility and functionality of a "proper" email client (smartphones can also make good use of IMAP).So, do either 1 or 2?
Because it's antiquated, insecure and no longer supported by Microsoft?So why can't you use Outlook Express?
