Always charged for pic messaging by tmobile ?

for months on 3 of my mobiles with tmobile with £35 per month contracts i am being charged 17pence for each pic message sent , should this not be included in my allowance?

Yes and no.

I get a text allowance of unlimited. And a Picture messenging of 20 which is included in my data bolt-on.

So yes, if your contract has it, no if it does not.

Yep they don't count as SMS, so don't expect them to come from that allowance. You'll have to have an actual MMS allowance for them to be included.
